Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Elegant Lane reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

We currently accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including M-PESA and bank transfer where applicable.

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
